2008 Toyota 4Runner

Description

This is my personal SUV with REBUILT OR RECONSTRUCTED PA TITLE. Wheels are Toyota OEM and new. Headlights and fog lights installed are HID (or is projector - I dont know the difference but look at the photos). Cleanness - 9.9 over 10 with few areas of minor scratches as expected for 2008 shown in the photos below. Chrome grille and hood scoop. This is sportish and drive like new with such a low mileage.
On Jul-19-21 at 15:26:16 PDT, seller added the following information:
Lets I forget:
1. The tire pressure light will blink and then stays on
2. The steering wheels vibrate when I get to 60-70 miles and then stops at 80-90 miles only to re-appear at 60-70 when slowing down.
3. The technician said it needs front wheel balancing and tire pressure adjustment.
