The VCS incorporates 10 different cooking methods into one space saving station: Braise, Sear, Boil, Shallow Fry, Sauté, Steam, Reheat, Simmer, Poach, and Melt
The VCS utilizes Intelligent Heating Technology (IHT) with 6 ultra-thin printed heating elements (1500W ea / 9000W total) to rapidly (2.7° per sec.) and accurately (+/- 2° up to 250°, +/-5° above 250°) heat the 8mm Stratinox tri-metallic tank surface for precise and immediate cooking.

Shipping:
L&D Appliance prefers to set-up shipping for each of our auction winners.
This allows us to work with the crate company to have the item picked up and shipped quickly.
We will require your shipping zip code, if you will require a lift gate and if the item will be delivered to a residence or a business.
This information will allow us to quote freight for your item more accurately.
We will then send you an invoice via Pay Pal or email for the cost of the item, crating/handling and shipping cost.
Once we have received payment, we will then start the shipping process.
We also will allow auction winners to set-up shipping, but it has to be done in a timely manner.
We also allow for local pick-ups with no crating cost, unless the item is already crated.  There will be an additional handling fee on local pick-ups of .00 along with sales tax for NC and SC.
