Here is a Antique German Blucher Style Cavalry Saber Sword measuring 34.25" overall with a blade length of 29.25". Wide single fullered blade with rounded point Iron Hilt, Leather covered grip with back left side showing some leather loss, showing wood. No scabbard. Shows a dark age patina throughout, chips on blade edge front half. Ricasso area of blade marked, "X" on one side, obverse side marked, crown cartouche over "8". Top of blade by hilt stamped, "S".
