Antique Sword and Scabbard marked “W. K. & C” with a Crowned Head and a Knight’s Armored Head

I am trying out eBay’s calculated shipping program for the first time. FedEx quoted a cost of .00 to professionally package this item for safe shipping. The shipping cost then varies depending upon your location. The eBay estate seems a bit high to me, so:

I’m far from an expert on these, but I have seen similar ones called “GERMAN W. K. & C. AUSTRIAN CAVALRY SABER SWORD MODEL 1869”
It seems in pretty good condition for its age. There is some loss of finish on the handguard, handle, and scabbard, additionally the scabbard has at least one dent, which can be seen in the last photo, it does not seem to affect the function. There is some leather and buckle/loop which is in poor condition.
The blade measures approximately 33”, the handle and handguard are approximately 6”; for an overall length of approximately 39”.
