in good cosmetic condition.  We are unable to test this unit.  The power switch is in good condition but the control knob is missing (see photos).  The s
pring assisted cover with an adjustable vent
opens and closes properly.  The
hydraulic hand tilt and quick lowering latch are in good working condition.
The Gallon/Liter markings are in good condition.
The overall cosmetic condition is very good with the exception of a few minor scuff marks and a dent located on the cover (see photos).
Since we do not have the necessary equipment to conduct further testing on this unit, it is being sold as-is with no returns.  Includes everything displayed in the photos and nothing else.
