Item is new old stock from never opened factory cardboard box. But perhaps there will be one very very light scratch on the plate that is not felt by the fingernail. Such a scratch is allowed by GOST standard according to which these plates were produced. And it does not affect the work of the plate in any way. I was the first to open a box with plates and about 20% of them had one such scratch.
