The Groen BPM-40E eclipse electric 40 gallon braising pan with manual tilt is part of the best braising line on the market today. Delivering versatility and durability this ergonomic braising pan can be used to braise, roast, fry, boil, simmer, Sautee, steam, thaw, warm, proof, hold and serve! The Groen BPM-40E has a 3" radius corner compared to it's competitors 1" and 1/2" radius so food doesn't get trapped. .

Very good pre-owned condition.
Cleaned up nicely with some stainless cleaner/polish.
Tilting crank works well and smoothly tilts the kettle.
Lid/cover holds evenly when opened.

Replaced temperature control potentiometer and knob.
Temperature probe replaced.
Added sliding stem vent cover (wasn't installed when acquired)
Misc. screws and bolts replaced.
