The venting system must be designed and constructed to develop a positive flow adequate to remove flue gases to the outdoors.

The item will be shipped via FedEx Ground the same or next business day upon receipt of the cleared payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number after we have shipped your order. We ship to confirmed physical addresses only (no P.O.Boxes). Local pick-up is currently not available. The item is carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please exam the item carefully upon arrival and report any found shipping damages to the carrier.

ems within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be shipped back to us in the original box at the buyer's expense.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact us for the return instructions.
Once received, items, if found defective, will be repaired or replaced at our cost, or fully refunded upon buyer’s request.
The original shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
The item must be returned with a carrier that can provide a tracking number.
