Estate Find: Military Officer who was in his 70's.  Scabbard has light corrosion and tarnish, we don't polish as we leave that choice to the winning bidder.  38 inches long in scabbard, blade is 32 inches.  Handel features eagles.  Blade is marked: Spartan Trade Mark, N. S. Meyer Inc. New York.
