Standing plump, robed & sandaled bare torso, plump runnable belly Wandering Buddha ( with knapsack) Netsuke (heavy Ivorine obi sash cord ornament. ). 1940s Handcarved and hand painted (greens , browns, magentas) Ivorine ( one of the first early man created substitutes for natural tusk material) approx dim: 3 1/2 “ tall 2 1/2” wide & 2 3/4 “ deep. This exquisite item Is signed and marked by the artist. Acquired from the estate of an oriental art collector… Pet free and smoke free home.
