    ORIGINAL 1831 DATED BRITISH ? EUROPEAN ? ARTILLERY SWORD SABER

    Bought from local estate.    Approx 27 3/4" over all with a 23" blade, nearly 1 1/4" wide.   Blade unmarked, dark patina and age, some tiny nicks, no scabbard.   Heavy brass grip missing grip screw, blade still perfectly tight and tang all original.   Guard has various stampings including 1831 date.
