Vintage or Antique? SPAIN TOLEDO Sword with leather sheath 42" (32" blade) Fancy

I have no information and little knowledge about this sword!  I did not find anything like it either
currently listed or previously sold on eBay so I have no idea of value - and would welcome any advice!
I did not find any real condition issues except that the leather sheath is cut in the middle (last picture).
If you need more/different pictures, just let me know!
