The "blade" of the foils are approx. 36 inches and the handles are another 6 inches for a total length of 42 inches. This is a pair of dueling DISPLAY foils, made in Spain by Toledo. The handles appear to be brass and a marbled/pearl looking plastic. The blade appears to be a stainless steel. In overall good condition, there are some rust spots/discoloration here and there (could use a good cleaning) and some missing paint in the detail work of the handles, but overall, a nice display set. Most likely from the 60's.
