Payment:
We expect payment within 72 hours of the purchase through eBay.
Freight:
We do not ship out to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not ship to Military base.
If you need to expedite or rush your freight you will need to pay the difference between the flat shipping to your special request.
The driver will not deliver the equipment inside your premise or install it. This is your responsibility to unload the item from the truck.

Inspections:

MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT!
When you receive the item and sign for it, you own it. Therefore, it is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage.
If there is any damage at all you must note the damage on the freight bill. This is the only way you will be compensated for the damage!!
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Per eBay policy, you have within 14days to contact us about a return. If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under these specific conditions. If returns are necessary, buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than Item not as Described.
The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns, after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received back, in the same condition, with no damages incurred while the buyer has possession, to include accidents or improper installation.
