Description:
This is an original Turkish Yatagan sword, also known as a Varsak. It has a 25" Damascus steel recurved blade and a silver and wood handle.
The ricasso is decorated with silver scrollwork. This sword comes with a leather scabbard.
Condition:
This sword is in Very Good serviceable condition. This sword appears to be quite old and has oxidation marks on both sides of the blade. It has the patina typical of a sword of its age.
The handle is tight on the tang. The scabbard is in Very Good condition. As w
ith all used items, a light cleaning may be necessary to meet your standards.
